About the Job
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides technical support to healthcare professionals as needed
- Administers medications or treatments as ordered
- Ensures the health, comfort and safety of residents
- Contributes to the assessment of residents
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges

Work Environment
This position will be working at GSS ND Lakota Ctr, primarily night shifts, every third weekend, and every other holiday.
