The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Rehab unit at Sioux Falls Village. This full-time day shift position requires the RN to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with additional compensation for working straight weekends.

You will work closely with interdisciplinary colleagues to provide high-quality care and support, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and coordinated care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices and evidence-based care.
