Job Summary
The Registered Nurse / RN House Supervisor who oversees the patient care on each shift, weekends and holidays. The Registered Nurse / RN House Supervisor is responsible for patient throughput and bed placement. The Registered Nurse / RN House Supervisor assists with Guest Relations Coordination. The Registered Nurse / RN House Supervisor helps facilitate staffing effectiveness, EBM, and Professional and Technical Staff restraint compliance.
Minimum Education / Licensure / Certifications
Registered Nurse, BSN preferred, BLS, ACLS competent
3 years with at least one year in middle management experience.
