Schedule: Per Diem, As Needed, Non-Benefit Eligible
Responsibilities:
Performs a wide range of complex clinical laboratory analyses in all major sections of the Laboratory. Recognizes problems, identifies causes, synthesizes alternatives, and applies solutions. Confirms and verifies results through an in-depth knowledge of techniques, principles, and instrumentation. Reports to the Section Head.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory or equivalent.
- Certification/Licensure: MT (ASCP) or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organizational skills.
- Exercises accuracy and precision in completion of prescribed tasks and treatments.
Compensation Range:
$32.45- $54.22This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, and licensure/certifications directly related to position requirements.
