Good Samaritan Hospice is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Hospice RN Clinical Manager to lead our dedicated hospice team in delivering exceptional end-of-life care throughout our community.
The Hospice RN Clinical Manager is a leadership role that oversees both our field clinicians and inpatient unit, ensuring patients and families receive the highest level of compassionate, patient-centered care. As a Hospice RN Clinical Manager, you will play a vital role in guiding clinical excellence, supporting staff development, and continuing our legacy of compassionate service.
Qualifications of Hospice RN Clinical Manager
- Current RN license in Pennsylvania required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in hospice, home health, or related healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, Medicare guidelines, and quality standards
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and evaluate policies and clinical programs
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to foster teamwork and support staff development
Key Responsibilities of Hospice RN Clinical Manager
- Oversee daily clinical operations across hospice services
- Supervise and support field staff and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered hospice care
- Collaborate with leadership, HR, and clinical teams to support staffing, retention, and employee engagement
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards
- Partner with QAPI and Compliance teams on quality improvement initiatives
- Assist with policy development, implementation, and ongoing clinical education
- Promote a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence
