Good Samaritan Hospice, a mission of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, provides compassionate home care, facility based, and inpatient hospice services to our patients and their families. Our home care coverage area spreads throughout several counties in Western Pennsylvania with inpatient locations in Wexford, Cabot, and Beaver. The Good Samaritan Hospice team works together to provide relief through pain control and symptom management, while offering emotional, social and spiritual support for the patient and family. We have both full and part time Registered Nurse Case Manager positions available. Schedule includes working one weekend a month and an on-call rotation.

- Educate patients and their families about the disease process, care options, and end-of-life decisions.
- Provide pain management and symptom control measures to alleviate discomfort and improve quality of life.
- Advocate for our patients, ensuring their wishes and preferences are respected and honored.
