PCA / HHA - Part/Full time positions available in Lockport!

Good Samaritan Home Health Inc. Hiring Personal Care Aides and Home Health Aides!

We are looking for certified PCA's and HHA's to work with elderly clients in Western NY homes. We are looking for compassionate, positive caregivers who can provide help to our clients. We make it a priority to treat everyone with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities of the PCA/HHA:

• Must be willing and able to transport self to client's residence
• Provide basic personal care
• Meal Preparation
• Medication reminders
• Assist with mobility; in and out of bed, chairs, bathroom, etc
• Light housekeeping to maintain a clean environment
• Assist in personal grooming, bathing, dental hygiene, etc

Qualifications of the PCA's/HHA's:

• At least 18 years of age
• Either a PCA or HHA certification, we have non-certified positions as well.
• Candidates must have reliable means of transportation to reach client homes. A personal vehicle is strongly preferred
• Be compassionate and caring toward the elderly or disabled client
• Ability to carry out verbal and written directions and follow the care plan
