Job Title: Patient Care Aide (PCA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) – Immediate Start (Clients Ready Now)
Locations: Chauauqua County
Start Working in Days (Clients Immediately Available to Start)
We are hiring immediately for clients who are ready to begin care. If you’re dependable and ready to work following NYS guidelines, we aim to place qualified caregivers on a case within 3–5 days, based on eligibility and completion of onboarding requirements.
Join our Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) and start making a difference right away.
We welcome:
- Certified PCAs/HHAs
- Individuals eligible for training (prior home care or caregiving experience)
- Applicants who are aware of individuals in need of care are welcome to apply. (All client assignments are made by the agency in accordance with New York State regulations.)
What You’ll Do
- Assist with bathing, hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility
- Meal prep, light housekeeping, errands
- Companionship and safety supervision
- Follow care plans basic documentation medication reminders (no administration)
Requirements
- At least 18yrs of age
- PCA/HHA certification preferred (training available)
- Ready to start ASAP
- Driver’s license reliable car strongly preferred
- Must meet NYS hiring requirements
- Dependable and professional

Documents Needed to Start Quickly
To help us place you on a case as soon as possible, please be prepared to provide the following during the hiring process:
- Valid driver’s license / State ID
- Social Security card (for employment eligibility)
- PCA certificate (if already certified)
- Most recent annual physical document
- Immunization records (MMR)
- Most recent PPD / TB test results
- Two professional references
Note: Candidates who do not yet have all documents may still be considered, but having these ready can significantly speed up your start date.

Pay: $18.10 - $19.00 per hour
