- Direct individuals to the appropriate office, resident room, or area
- Answer the telephone promptly and direct calls appropriately
- Provide clerical support to all departments
- Maintain strict confidentiality with personnel, residents, and management issues
- Respect resident dignity and promote resident rights
You Currently:
- Relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with others
- Possess an interest in working with the elderly population
- Read, write, speak and understand English
- Stand, lift (up to 30 pounds unassisted), bend, stoop, push, pull, and twist
