Position Details:
- Full-time, seasonal/ongoing work
- Schedule: Four 10-hour days
- Work performed primarily outdoors on residential properties
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly pay: $17.00–$21.00/hour
- Performance-based incentives and bonuses for efficiency and timeliness
- Year-end bonuses based on total hours worked

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation required
- Prior painting experience is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right candidates
