What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Crew Lead position at Good Ol' Boys Lawn Care?
Overview
Lead a team or be a solo crew to complete jobs in a 20 Mile radius around Royse City. You will be expected to show up on time and work until the schedule for the day is completed. Some days may be until 6pm, other days it may be 3pm. Just depends on workflow for the week and how bad you want to get it done. Must be a hard worker and have critical thinking skills. You also need to know how to operate a zero turn mower, weedeaters, blowers, and a trailer. All equipment will be provided except for a truck. You will need to use your own vehicle, but the trailer, mower, blowers, and weedeaters will all be provided.
Duties
- Adhere to the schedule and get jobs done on time as well as making the properties look exceptionally maintained.
- Lead a team or run a solo op
- Be respectful and patient with any and all clients
Requirements
- Must be a hard worker
- Dependable and Reliable
- Truck that can haul a 7x14 trailer
- Must be able to speak english and communicate effectively to clients
Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
