Job Summary
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our growing commercial and residential cleaning team. Our company is built on doing things the right way the first time — with professionalism, reliability, care, and consistency. This job will be part time, about 20-30 hours per week to start and will be full time at the end of training, about 2-3 weeks.
Pay during training is $17 per hour.
Pay once you are fully trained and full time is $20 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning services efficiently and thoroughly
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect all assigned areas
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, offices, and other designated spaces
- Follow company cleaning checklists and standards
- Ensure supplies and equipment are properly maintained and sanitized between jobs
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled jobs
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or client concerns
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in clients’ homes and businesses
- Assist with training and supporting new hires as needed
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to store and transport cleaning supplies in your vehicle
- Previous residential and/or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain high cleaning standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the day
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Availability Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday or Sunday availability weekly - day and time is flexible but must work one weekend per week.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
LOCATION:
- Currently, we service from Tavares to Disney area (Orlando, Winter Park, Longwood, Mount Dora, Apopka). Over the next two months, we will be creating teams in each of these areas and you will have your pick of which area you'd like to lead but in the meantime, jobs will be in all of these areas so the ideal candidate will be centrally located.
Compensation
$17 - $25 hourly
