Seasonal Maintenance
Seasonal Outdoor Maintenance Positions – Flexible Start Time
We are seeking two reliable individuals for seasonal positions with the opportunity to continue through the year based on performance and availability. These roles will average 30 hours per week and offer a flexible start time.
Job Duties:
For individuals under 18:
Weeding, mulching, and landscaping
Planting and seeding
Yard cleanup and painting
General outdoor maintenance
Assisting with small construction projects
For individuals 18 and over (in addition to the above tasks):
Mowing, trimming, and edging
Seasonal position with potential to continue during school breaks or after school hours
Ideal for high school or college students looking for steady, outdoor work
Must be dependable and able to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to execute the terms and conditions set forth in the Good Neighbor Society Handbook, including, but not limited to:
Works in a safety-conscious manner, which ensures that safe work practices are used in order not to pose a risk to oneself or others in the workplace. Report any safety violations or hazards to the supervisor.
Complies with company policies and procedures and local, state, and federal regulations.
Adheres to policy on Drug-Free Workplace
Interacts in a tactful, diplomatic, and humanistic manner with residents, families, visitors, and co-workers to provide a safe, efficient, and therapeutically effective caring environment which ensures the self-respect, personal dignity, rights and physical safety of each resident and facility guest.
Maintains a dependable attendance record and adheres to standards of cleanliness, grooming, hygiene, and dress code.
