Duties
- Safely operate cleaning tools and equipment, including squeegees, scrubbers, and extension poles to achieve streak-free windows.
- Use scissor lifts and other access equipment to reach high or hard-to-access windows on residential properties.
- Perform thorough cleaning of windows, screens, tracks, and surrounding areas to ensure a spotless finish.
- Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure satisfaction with the service provided.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and properly store all tools and supplies after each job.
- Document completed work and report any issues or damages observed during the cleaning process.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to operate scissor lifts or similar access equipment safely; certification is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude when interacting with clients.
