Overview
Good 'n Cold LLC is a family-owned frozen food distribution company serving convenience stores, grocery stores, and retail customers throughout Utah. We're looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to join our Salt Lake City team.
This is a hands-on position that combines driving, deliveries, merchandising, and customer service. You'll be delivering ice cream and frozen products, stocking store freezers, helping maintain displays, and building relationships with the customers we serve.
Responsibilities
- Deliver frozen products to customer locations throughout Northern Utah
- Stock and rotate product in store freezers and displays
- Safely operate company delivery vehicles, including box trucks
- Load and unload product
- Assist with receiving and unloading incoming product deliveries
- Complete delivery paperwork and route documentation
- Represent Good 'n Cold professionally while interacting with customers and store staff
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently
- Friendly and professional attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- CDL license
- Route delivery experience
- Box truck driving experience
- Grocery vendor or merchandising experience
- Experience working in food, beverage, grocery, or distribution industries
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay of $22.00 per hour
- Higher pay available for CDL drivers and experienced route professionals
- Performance bonus after 90 days
- Summer and winter employee bonuses
- Full-time position
- Home daily
