What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Experienced Veterinarian position at Good Life Veterinary Care?
Associate Veterinarian
Good Life Veterinary Care | Dublin, Ohio
Full-Time | Flexible compensation based on experience and goals
Good Life Veterinary Care is seeking a full-time veterinarian to join our growing, privately owned practice in Dublin, Ohio - an affluent, family-friendly suburb of Columbus known for excellent schools, beautiful parks, vibrant shopping districts, and an outstanding food scene. Our community is made up of educated, engaged clients who value veterinary medicine and have the ability- and desire - to pursue thorough diagnostics and high-quality care.
We’ve intentionally built a practice where doctors can practice medicine thoughtfully and honestly, without pressure to rush or upsell. Appointments are designed to allow time for client communication, diagnostics, and sound medical decision-making. Our clients trust us, follow recommendations, and appreciate transparency - something reflected consistently in our Google reviews.
Just as important as the medicine we practice is how we work together. We place a strong emphasis on maintaining a positive, respectful working atmosphere. Our team collaborates well, supports one another, communicates openly, and - most importantly - genuinely enjoys working together. It’s a place where people are kind, help each other out, and take pride in being part of the same team.
The Medicine You’ll Practice
You’ll have the tools, support, and autonomy to practice at a high level, including:
- Full in-house laboratory and reference lab capabilities
- Digital radiography
- Digital dental radiography
- Modern anesthesia and monitoring protocols
- In-house internal medicine specialist available for ultrasounds and case consults
- A collaborative, well-trained technical team that values efficiency and low-stress handling
We also place a strong emphasis on staying current in veterinary medicine. Our doctors actively utilize VIN, pursue continuing education that aligns with their interests, and maintain close working relationships with trusted veterinary specialists throughout the region. Collaboration, learning, and thoughtful case management are part of our everyday culture - not an afterthought.
Whether your interests lean toward internal medicine, dentistry, preventative care, or complex case management, you’ll be supported in practicing the medicine you enjoy most.
Compensation & Culture
We believe compensation should be structured around the right fit, not a one-size-fits-all model. We’re open to structuring a competitive salary or production based compensation that aligns with your goals and experience.
Benefits include health insurance, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) with employer contribution, paid time off, CE budget, professional dues and licensing (PLIT, AVMA, DEA), and a leadership team that values sustainability and work-life balance - for real.
- At Good Life Veterinary Care, veterinarians are respected, trusted, and supported. If you’re looking for a place where quality medicine, honest communication, and a healthy team culture genuinely matter, we’d love to talk.
