Position Overview:
An RV Parts Associate is responsible for managing inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales of parts and accessories at Good Life RV.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate parts and accessories for their RVs.
- Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage and maintain an organized inventory of RV parts and accessories.
- Monitor the stock levels, reorder supplies, and conduct regular inventory audits.
- Coordinating with managers and technicians on accessories needed for a sold RV.
- Promote and cross-sell RV parts and accessories to customers.
- Stay informed about new RV parts and accessories.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure visually appealing and well-organized display or parts and accessories.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
To be successful, RV Parts Associates need:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
