Accounts Receivable Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This position starts at $22/hour, with pay based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer invoices and payments
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely collections
- Follow up on past-due accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
- Communicate with customers regarding account status
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in accounts receivable or a related role
Preferred Experience:
- Background in landscaping and/or construction industries
