DUTIES: As a Marijuana Budtender, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
- Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences
- Maintain knowledge of current cannabis laws and regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Stock and organize inventory, ensuring products are properly labeled and stored
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including display cases and shelves
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
QUALIFICATIONS: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers, including those who are multilingual or
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with electronics sales or wireless sales is a plus
- Proficiency in using a point-of-sale (POS) system for cash transactions
