Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Administrative Assistant will serve as a key point of contact for clients and staff, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, and handling inquiries for hospice patients.
- Operate multi-line phone systems, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling nurses visits, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document preparation, filing, and correspondence.
- Provide assistance to field staff during patient visits, accept and relay tasks to proper case management personnel.
- Maintain office organization through effective filing systems and clerical duties.
- Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced communication capabilities.
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk operations is highly valued.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.
