Good Heart Homes is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in Airbnbs and residential homes. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure surfaces are sanitized and spotless
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as needed
- Ensure all sanitation standards are met or exceeded in accordance with health guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleaning tasks within designated timeframes
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, sanitation standards, and carpet cleaning methods
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to perform cleaning duties thoroughly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are desirable for travel between client locations
- Prior hotel or hospitality experience can be advantageous but is not required
- A positive attitude, dependability, and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Fluent in English and Spanish prefer but not necessary
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
