Good Hands Marketing is hiring an Entry-Level Customer Service & Sales Representative to support our team with face-to-face customer interactions, sales activities, and promotional initiatives.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is dependable, comfortable working with people, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in customer service, sales, communication, and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Welcome customers and identify their needs
- Present products, services, and promotional offers clearly
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
- Assist customers throughout the sales process
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service
- Support sales and promotional activities at various locations
- Maintain an organized and professional work environment
- Work closely with team members and management to achieve customer service and sales goals
- Represent Good Hands Marketing professionally at all times
Requirements
- No previous customer service or sales experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working face-to-face with customers
- Able to communicate product and service information clearly
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Willing to learn, receive feedback, and take direction
- Currently living in the United States
