At a Glance:

* Compensation: $95,000 - $108,000 / year

* Location: In-person

* Experience: 3 years as a Security Director (preferred)

🛡️ What You’ll D

o * Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive security strategies tailored to the unique needs of a healthcare setting

. * Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate security personnel to ensure continuous coverage across all hospital areas, including emergency departments and sensitive zones

. * Emergency Response & Training: Manage emergency action plans and train staff in first aid, CPR, and conflict management techniques

. * Surveillance & Loss Prevention: Oversee CCTV operations to monitor activity, mitigate threats, and implement loss prevention measures to minimize theft or damage

. * Risk Mitigation: Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability analyses to proactively address safety concerns

. * Partnership & Collaboration: Maintain excellent relationships with clients and collaborate seamlessly with local law enforcement during incidents or investigations

.🎓 What You Brin

g * Education: Bachelor’s Degree required (Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management preferred)

. * Experience: Proven background in security management within healthcare or similar high-stakes environments. Note: Military service or law enforcement backgrounds are highly desirable

! * Technical Skills: Expertise in surveillance systems, CCTV operation, access control, and hospital visitor management

. * Soft Skills: Superior communication skills, advanced problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to exercise sound judgment in high-pressure situations

. * Certifications: First Aid and CPR certified (additional conflict management certifications are a huge plus)
