This role is critical to the daily success of our operations and will work closely with executive leadership, dispatch, compliance, moving crews, and customers to ensure seamless execution and regulatory compliance.
The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational functions, optimize workflows, manage personnel, and ensure exceptional service delivery while maintaining compliance with DOT and industry regulations.

Oversee and manage daily operations, dispatch, and scheduling
Plan, coordinate, and optimize job assignments and crew coverage
Ensure adequate staffing, equipment, and capacity for all jobs
Manage relationships with drivers, helpers, and field personnel
Monitor driver activity, locations, and performance
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and internal policies; document and report violations
Serve as a point of escalation for customer service and operational issues
Maintain accurate CRM and operational data
Provide ETA updates and operational notes within company systems
Communicate effectively with customers, customer service teams, and leadership
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
