Headquartered in Austin, Texas, we're a small but mighty team that moves fast, from local community events and influencer partnerships to product launches and social content. We're looking for someone excited to grow alongside us.
GOOD GOOD is looking for a Part-Time Marketing & Events Coordinator to support our Integrated Marketing & Social Manager across a variety of marketing, event, and operational initiatives.
This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, outgoing, dependable, and excited to be part of a growing consumer brand. No two days will look the same. One day you may be packing influencer mailers, the next you could be representing GOOD GOOD at a community event or assisting with content creation and social media initiatives.

Marketing Support
- Assist with social media and content initiatives
- Support influencer, creator, and PR gifting programs
- Assemble and ship influencer mailers, PR packages, and marketing shipments
- Help organize marketing materials and campaign assets
- Assist with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Represent GOOD GOOD at local events, activations, and community partnerships
- Serve as a brand ambassador and spokesperson for the company
- Engage with consumers and educate them on GOOD GOOD products
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics
- Support staffing needs for events throughout Austin and surrounding areas
- Package and fulfill product shipments for creators, media, partners, and events
- Track inventory for marketing samples and event materials
- Help maintain organization within the marketing department
- Assist with miscellaneous projects and day-to-day needs as assigned

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to local Austin events
- Comfortable representing a consumer-facing brand in public settings
- Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok
- Ability to lift and carry 25–40 pounds
- Comfortable with physical tasks including packing boxes, loading products, and event setup
- Flexible schedule with availability on occasional evenings and weekends
- Part-Time Position
- Approximately 20–25 hours per week
- Hourly compensation based on experience
