Responsibilities

- Handle animals safely and humanely, utilizing animal restraint techniques as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming tools, stations, and work areas
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners about grooming needs and recommendations
- Ensure the safety and comfort of animals throughout the grooming process
- Keep detailed records of grooming services provided and any special instructions from pet owners
