Entry Level Sales and Marketing Representative - Easy Work, High Compensation!

Good Faith Roofing
Picayune, MS Full Time
POSTED ON 5/22/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 7/22/2026

Job Overview:
Good Faith Roofing helps homeowners with their roofing needs. We get full roof replacements paid for by their insurance, thanks to damage from past storms and the fact that 80% of shingles are now discontinued (meaning repairs can’t be matched—so insurance covers full replacement). We’re partnered with local Public Adjusters to help push approvals through (they’re like attorneys, but for insurance claims only—on the homeowner’s side).

All we need from you is to gather basic info:
Homeowner's name, number, and address
We handle everything else—inspection, paperwork, build, and claim.

Commission Pay Structure (Per Lead Once Approved & Built):
20–29 squares = $750
30–39 squares = $1,000
40–49 squares = $1,500
50–59 squares = $2,000
60 squares = $2,500
(*based on total roof size after waste factor. One “square” = 100 sq ft. Most roofs are 30–39 squares.)

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

  • Asking homeowners with older roofs if they’d be open to a free follow-up call or evaluation
  • Saying this at the door (or online, or with friends/family): “Hey, I'm not here to sell you anything that hasn't likely already been paid for. I’m [Your Name] with Good Faith Roofing. We mainly get our roofing jobs by getting homeowners approved for full re-roofs by their insurance carriers due to 20 years worth of light damage and shingle discontinuation. We’re partnered with [Public Adjuster Name], who’s recommended by [Example: City of Picayune], for handling homeowner claims. The reason we're here is because your roof has an 80% chance of getting approved. That said, would you be willing to take a quick call later from one of our professionals to explain in further detail how this process works?
  • Then collect name, number, and address — that’s your job. Our expert roof sales team will contact them later and take over from there.
  • Our typical closing rate per lead is about 1 in 4. Not every lead will complete the process—some may not respond, some may delay filing insurance claims, and some claims may be denied. However, there’s mostly always a portion of leads who follow through completely, giving you the opportunity to succeed and help clients get approved. If you’re persistent, coachable, and enjoy helping people, you’ll see consistent results and growth...

Where Leads Come From:

  • Knock on doors (most effective)
  • Talk to family/friends
  • Post on social media
  • Bring it up casually anywhere—many reps do this during their lunch break
  • Neighbors of an approved project on build day...

Why Homeowners Say Yes:

  • If they’ve lived in their home since Hurricane Katrina, that roof is now 20 years old
  • It’s likely been through multiple storms since and has some sort of damage.
  • 80% of shingles are no longer manufactured — if any damage is found, repairs can’t be done — only full replacements
  • Public Adjusters (like attorneys for insurance claims) handle everything with the carrier
  • The roof will leak eventually—we just help homeowners get ahead of it before it costs them money

When You Get Paid:
You get paid once the roof is approved, built, and insurance's final check is collected.

  • Approvals usually take 14–60 days, typically around 30.
  • Once approved, we build that same week
  • Most reps get paid around day 30–40 from the time they submit a qualified lead

Note:

Considering the typical 30-day timeline, we do not advise quitting your current job or giving notice until you have enough funds to cover 45 days. We care about our team and don’t want anyone ending up homeless or struggling to pay their car note while getting started.

Final Notes:

  • No roofing, sales, or insurance experience needed
  • You’re only asking yes/no questions
  • If a homeowner asks for more info: “That’s why one of our professionals will explain more later.”
  • Sounds too good to be true? Welcome to the world of insurance and construction sales. Honestly, most people never see the money this kind of work can bring because they’ve only been shown the “normal” way to earn. Here, if you do the work, you get paid—plain and simple. In the real world, real money folks are spending 30 grand on steak dinners in Dubai at a restaurant they don't remember the name to. The money is out there; you just haven’t been shown how to get it yet.
  • You can realistically start stacking CEO-level income just by getting a few qualified leads a week starting on your lunch break or weekend. If you average 7 leads a day, not counting Sunday, you're looking roughly $10,000 per week.
  • Unlimited Vacation - As a 1099 contractor, your leads put extra money on our table. The pay is great because we want you to show up when you’re showing up. Take vacation whenever you like; just give us a heads-up so we know not to expect your average monthly intake until you return.
  • Who we don't want – In sales, there are three types of people. You can show anyone how to make $1,000 in a day:

- Type A: Grabs it, runs with it, and makes $7,000 by the end of the week.

- Type B: Gets the hang of it, earns $2,000–$6,000, and keeps improving.

- Type C: Still living off that $1,000 from last week, wondering why nothing’s changing.

We’re looking for Type A and Type B—people who actually do the easy work and see the results. Type C? This isn’t your gig.

Apply today. Talk to a few homeowners, watch your income skyrocket, and see how fast your life can change.
