What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Good Days?
Come join us at Good Days! A new (we're 6 months old!) café and grocer serving coffee, ice cream, sandwiches, and pantry staples. We’re looking for full-time and part-time baristas to join our small team who can manage a rush and treat every customer like a neighbor!
What You’ll Do
- Craft exceptional espresso and specialty drinks
- Keep the café running
- Keep the bar and market stocked, clean, and organized
- Ability to jump in to help whenever and wherever needed
- Support a friendly environment
Who You Are
- Passionate about good coffee, good food, and good customer service
- Friendly, reliable, and upbeat under pressure
- Like keeping busy, always looking for more, self-directed and motivated
- Prior barista experience on an espresso machine is essential!
