Delivery Driver (Part-Time)
Join the Good Day Pharmacy team as a Delivery Driver! This role plays a vital part in ensuring patients receive their medications safely, accurately, and on time while supporting the overall mission and goals of Good Day Pharmacy.
We are currently hiring for the following routes:
- Longmont Route: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM until route completion, plus one Saturday per month
- Loveland PM Route: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM until route completion, plus one Saturday per month
Both routes begin and end in Johnstown, Colorado. Drivers can expect to work approximately 25–30 hours per week. A company vehicle is provided for all deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service while delivering medications and pharmacy products.
- Serve as a professional representative of Good Day Pharmacy when interacting with patients, caregivers, nursing staff, and customers.
- Maintain a courteous, respectful, and service-oriented attitude at all times.
Delivery Operations
- Deliver medications and pharmacy products to individual homes, healthcare facilities, and other designated locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Handle customer transactions, exchanges, and returns when necessary.
- Transport store deposits and distribute materials, supplies, and paperwork between Good Day Pharmacy locations as needed.
Administrative Duties
- Accurately complete all required delivery and prescription documentation before, during, and after deliveries.
- Organize and plan delivery routes to ensure efficiency and timely service.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Vehicle Maintenance
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Help maintain company vehicles in a clean, safe, and professional condition.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Fleet Manager or Driver Manager.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport pharmacy products safely.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Fleet Manager and operates under the guidance of the Driver Manager.
