What You’ll Do
- Provide garage door service, maintenance, and replacement for residential customers (training provided).
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience at every visit — from first handshake to final check.
- Educate homeowners on repair options and product upgrades that improve safety, performance, and curb appeal.
- Manage daily work orders, materials, and payments with accuracy. Uphold company standards of professionalism, safety, and community service.
- A people-first mindset — you love connecting with others and earning trust.
- Sales-oriented personality — confident communicator with genuine enthusiasm for helping customers make the right choice.
- Strong personal values — honesty, reliability, and pride in your work.

Clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug screening. - Mechanical aptitude or experience in service industries is a plus (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, car salesperson etc.).
- $60,000 – $140,000 annual potential (performance incentives).
Paid training and certification in garage door systems. - Company vehicle and tools provided.
