Job Description

Manifest tech prepares paperwork for orders to deliver to dispensaries or manufacturing facilities.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Scans and inputs data relevant to products to reflect on transport manifests for each invoice.
• Edits changing manifests due to route, driver, or delivery changes.
• Coordinates with vault team to notify of issues relating to labels, tag accuracy, and compliance issues.
• Maintains inventory accuracy during manifest process, utilizing Metrc and Leaflink.
• Expected to participate in small to medium special projects and tasks both individually and in support of a small team.
• Places all products physically for each dispensary within our shipping/staging area to prepare for packing.
• Keeps all products organized and separated for each dispensary and the delivery team to accurately load on to the delivery vans.
• Communicates to manager of any potential compliance issues before an order is manifested.
• Assists with continuous improvement activities and projects assigned by manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check.
• Must be able to communicate with GDF Team effectively and professionally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high stress situations.
• Self-Motivated
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to stay focused.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Must be a team player with a “can do” attitude.
• Available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation
  
  

Education And Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Computer experience preferred.
• Inventory/Warehouse/Distribution experience (preferred but not required)
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• The ability to respond quickly to sounds.
• Analytical mind with strong math skills
• The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day.
• The ability to sit or stand for up to 12 hours at a time.
• The ability to work in bright/hot/humid conditions.
• The ability to work in low light situations.
• Lifting, standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, push/pull, repetitive use of hands, grasping use of hands, visual activity
• Exposure to limited hazardous chemicals
