Job Description

The Distribution Fulfillment Tech confirms inventory counts, documents product in the vault and coordinates shipment to the Moberly Distribution Center, including manifesting, palletizing and invoicing where needed. Mon-Thurs: 6:30am-5:30pm

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Completes UIN audits in our state’s tracking system daily to ensure that all product has been transferred into the appropriate location within METRC. Ensures anything that is done physically, is also completed digitally. 
• Completes investigations of any questionable UINs and the location of products. 
• Communicates any problems that may arise within the vault to the Supervisor. 
• Palletizes and manifests batches each day to ensure all batches are promptly moved to the Moberly distribution center.
• Organizes hard copy files/reports.
• Communicates with the Packaging department for when finished goods are ready to be transferred from packaging to the vault.
• Accurately documents all finished product as it enters and leaves the vault. Gives detailed report of specifications of each item. I.e.: Product name, Weight, THC %, total amount, and flower tiers which are designated by Post Harvest and the Sales team. 
• Moves all products to their categorized, designated storage space within the vault until batches are ready for distribution.
• Assists with any other projects/fulfillment duties that are assigned by Supervisor. 
• Performs other duties as assigned. 
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check 
• Must be at least 21 years of age (as per legal requirements). 
• Must be able to communicate with GDF Team effectively and professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a constantly evolving industry. 
• Analytical mind with strong math skills 
• Ability to learn and operate software platforms related to inventory control/electronic tracking(familiarity with METRC andInfopluspreferred)
• Must perform under high pressure situations. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high stress situations 
• Self-Motivated 
• Ability to multitask 
• Excellent organizational skills 
• Ability to stay focused 
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Must be a team player with a “can do” attitude 
• Available to work weekends and holidays as needed 
• Reliable transportation 
  
  

Education And Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent  
• Inventory control: 1 year (preferred) 
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• The ability to respond quickly to sounds 
• The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces 
• The ability to see and respond to dangerous situations 
• The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day 
• The ability to sit or stand for up to 12 hours at a time 
• The ability to work in bright/hot/humid conditions 
• The ability to work in low light situations 
• Lifting, standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, push/pull, repetitive use of hands, grasping use of hands, visual activity 
• Exposure to limited hazardous chemicals
