Part Time Barista At Good Day Cafe

Good Day Cafe is a clean, professional, woman-owned brunch cafe with a love of good food and serving our community. We specialize in handcrafted specialty coffee drinks, scratch-made syrups, gorgeous latte art, and top-notch customer service. We also make all pastries in-house and have a full brunch menu. Our ideal candidate will have:

• Have proven barista skills, including proficiency in latte art.
• Weekend and daytime availability (7 am - 3 pm)
• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and take orders in a professional and efficient style
• Open and close the cafe depending on the shift
• Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee, and other beverages to cafe standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service.

Requirements:

• Weekend availability
• Consistent punctuality, attendance, and reliability
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Active listening skills and strong communication
• Alignment with the company brand values of quality, integrity, kindness, and community
• Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours per day
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the coffee industry
