We’re hiring! Good Common Sense Naturals is a one-of-a-kind retail shop where skincare products are formulated, made, packaged, and sold all in the same space. Our team is passionate about quality, creativity, and creating genuine, memorable customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For:
- Availability on flexible weekdays and weekends is required
- A genuine interest in skincare, wellness, and natural products
- A people-person who enjoys helping customers feel confident and cared for
- Someone who knows how to stay busy, take initiative, and manage time well
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver warm, engaging, and knowledgeable customer service
- Share product stories and help customers find the right fit for their needs
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and finishing freshly made products
- Support light production to keep shelves stocked and flowing
- Keep the shop organized, clean, and running smoothly
- Adapt to the pace of the day with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Participate in in-house social media content — being on camera is part of our culture and fun!
