Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for the pros. The veterans. The artists of the trade.
- You have serious hands-on residential HVAC installation experience.
- You take pride in your craftsmanship—from clean brazing to perfect duct transitions.
- You keep a low callback rate and strive for perfection on every job.
- You can run a job from start to finish and lead/mentor an apprentice effectively.
- You understand that the job isn't just turning wrenches—it's educating homeowners on their new system so they feel confident they made a Good Call.
- You keep your van clean, organized, and show up ready to dominate your day.
The Daily Mission:
You will lead residential heating and cooling installations within a tight service radius. You’ll rip out the old, install the new, and ensure every system operates at peak performance before you leave. You will direct an apprentice, manage your van's inventory, and deliver a clean, perfect final product. Most importantly, you'll handle the homeowner hand-off, educating them on their investment and building relationships that last for decades.
