What You'll Do :
- Assist in managing wholesale customer accounts, providing support and ensuring their orders are processed smoothly.
- Monitor and track orders to ensure they are fulfilled and shipped accurately and on time
- Maintain and update our wholesale websites, assisting in executing sales and strategies and promotions
- Communicate with customers about order updates, out of stock items, and alternative product recommendations
- Support inventory tracking and forecasting to help anticipate demand and minimize stock shortages
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency in order management and customer service
