Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and retail areas, including organizing storage spaces and packaging products as needed
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing products according to planograms and retail store standards
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about product locations and assisting with product selection when needed
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or retail store environments with knowledge of stock management practices
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock organization
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and provide customer assistance
- Knowledge of retail sales, merchandising standards, grocery store procedures, or produce handling is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices
