Role Description
The Gonzo Inn is seeking a Front Desk Attendant for a full-time, on-site role in Moab, UT. The Front Desk Attendant will serve as the first point of contact for guests, managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and addressing inquiries. Additional responsibilities include answering the phone, handling administrative and clerical tasks, managing payments, and providing excellent customer service. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and proficiency in Receptionist Duties
- Experience with Clerical Skills, including maintaining records and managing administrative tasks
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Customer Service, including resolving guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and maintain attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and reservation systems is a plus
- Previous hospitality or front desk experience is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
