Retail Store Associates

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns - Assist customers with purchases, including operating the cash register and processing payments - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays - Meet sales targets and goals by actively promoting products and upselling - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives Requirements: - Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately - Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus - Knowledge of jewelry sales techniques is an advantage - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to operate a cash register efficiently - Strong understanding of retail math concepts, such as calculating discounts or sales tax - Bilingual proficiency is a bonus - Ability to perform stock duties, including lifting and organizing merchandise - Strong selling skills with the ability to persuade customers to make purchases - Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and enjoy competitive pay, a positive work environment, and opportunities for career growth.
