Role Description:
This full-time, on-site Associate Attorney role is based in Miami, Florida. The Associate Attorney will handle a range of legal matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, as well as reviewing and interpreting relevant laws and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, analyzing case law, preparing case strategies, and providing legal advice under the supervision of supervising attorneys. The Associate Attorney is expected to participate in negotiating settlements and agreements, attend and engage in client meetings, prepare for hearings, and coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, and internal team members. The Associate Attorney is expected to manage a caseload efficiently, meet deadlines, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the firm’s overall client service goals. This position requires high-volume legal drafting on condensed timeframes.

Qualifications:
- Excellent legal writer
- Law review / other legal publications strongly preferred
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in Florida (open to July 2026 bar takers awaiting bar results)
- Motivated self-starter
- Ability to produce high-quality legal briefs and motions on a condensed time frame
- Capable of providing and communicating clear, practical legal advice to clients and team members
- Strong time-management skills, including managing multiple matters and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and interact professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
- Prior law firm or litigation experience is beneficial but not required
- Preferred fluency in English and Spanish
