- Call and interview potential clients nationwide
- Plan and schedule appointments and complete intake paperwork and information
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing system
- Previous experience in an office setting is a plus
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
