We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Payment Clerk to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls with warmth and professionalism, understanding their inquiries or reasons for calling, and directing them to the right department.
- Support our delivery teams in efficiently and accurately delivering products to customers.
- Conduct pre-delivery contacts with customers to coordinate and confirm delivery times.
- Perform courtesy calls for payment reminders, especially for key customers or those with overdue accounts.
- Handle cash and card transactions, with training provided for card processing using our terminal.
- Utilize our cloud-based text messaging service for sending store reviews, responding to inquiries, and providing payment information as needed.
