Gonzales Healthcare Systems has an immediate opening for the position of THRIVE Manager at THRIVE Healthplex Fitness Center. The manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Drive, Nourish, Create and Sprout areas in the Fitness Center. Duties includes hiring, training, and scheduling staff as well as planning and coordinating all experience-based programs and services. The manager will work with the THRIVE Director, Senior Management and the Board of Directors providing financial and statistical data as required for reporting. The manager will also be responsible for scheduling, planning, organizing and promoting the rental and reservation spaces, as well as assisting physicians and other tenants with facility related issues.
Job Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology preferred
- Certification as a Personal Trainer required
- CPR/BCLS certification
Gonzales Healthcare Systems, located in Gonzales, Texas has immediate openings for the position of THRIVE Manager.
