We are currently looking for an entry-level groomer or recent grooming school graduate who wants to grow into an exceptional professional.
Who We’re Looking For
- Grooming school graduate (or equivalent training)
- Able to complete 3–4 grooms per day to start, with a goal of increasing productivity as skills develop
- Strong desire to learn, improve, and build a career
- Willingness to receive constructive feedback and ongoing training
- Takes pride in quality, safety, and consistency
- Works well in a team-first, accountability-driven environment
- Willing to work at either Salon Location.

Role Responsibilities
- Perform 3–4 quality grooms daily, increasing output over time
- Handle bathing and preparation work as part of the grooming process and team flow
- Build relationships with clients as a trusted grooming professional
- Work alongside team members to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience
- Continuously improve through hands-on training and coaching
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
