We are currently looking for an entry-level groomer or recent grooming school graduate who wants to grow into an exceptional professional.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Grooming school graduate (or equivalent training)
  • Able to complete 3–4 grooms per day to start, with a goal of increasing productivity as skills develop
  • Strong desire to learn, improve, and build a career
  • Willingness to receive constructive feedback and ongoing training
  • Takes pride in quality, safety, and consistency
  • Works well in a team-first, accountability-driven environment
  • Willing to work at either Salon Location.

Role Responsibilities

  • Perform 3–4 quality grooms daily, increasing output over time
  • Handle bathing and preparation work as part of the grooming process and team flow
  • Build relationships with clients as a trusted grooming professional
  • Work alongside team members to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience
  • Continuously improve through hands-on training and coaching
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
