Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fort Worth, TX, for a Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will oversee and implement HR policies, manage employee benefits, and handle benefits administration. Key responsibilities include coordinating recruitment efforts, onboarding new employees, maintaining compliance with employment laws, and supporting staff with human resources needs and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions, including employee relations and compliance
- Experience in HR Management and development of HR policies
- Proven ability to manage Employee Benefits and oversee Benefits Administration
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and standard workplace regulations including OSHA
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proficiency with HR software systems is an advantage, specifically ADP or Rippling
- Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
