Job Title: Business Solutions Warehouse Supervisor
Department: Business Solutions
Reports To: Business Solutions.Production Supervisor

OBJECTIVE
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for handling and tracking all shipping and receivables and inventory control of all materials coming in and out of the warehouse. Maintain and ensure that production materials are available for a smooth transition of the flow of work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
1. Responsible for all inflow of customer materials and outflow of finished work from Employment Services.
2. Daily manage, monitor and maintain the accuracy of inventory, cycle counts, stock takes and materials while always ensuring safety practices.
3. Maintain all schedules, paperwork (documentation) and deadlines for shipments and pickups.
4. Transport customer raw and finished goods and materials utilizing Gompers vehicle. Materials may be required to be transported out of Maricopa County.
5. As per instructions of the Production Supervisor ensure steady flow of work materials to the proper departments.
6. Assist the Production Supervisor to assure quality of completed work.
7. Provide assurance of human and civil rights of members.
8. Daily communication with Supervisor and implement changes as directed.
9. Be familiar with emergency first aid procedures and accident reporting procedures.
10. Maintain good relations co-workers and the public.
11. Maintain a manner and appearance that reflects the organization.
12. Drive company vehicles safely and within all guidelines and laws.
13. Maintain needed production documentation, implementation, safety and cleanliness
14. Participate in staff development programs.

AUTHORITY
This person shall have the authority to complete the above responsibilities subject to the verbal and/or written approval of the Business Solutions Production Supervisor and/or the Business Solutions Director.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
A minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. certificate required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Bilingual and/or sign language a plus.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Basic calculations.
REASONING ABILITY
Short term planning skills; judgment regarding quality assurance.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
1. Forklift certification
2. CPR, First Aid, Article 9 and Member Intervention Training. If you do not hold these certifications, Gompers will provide training.
3. A valid Arizona Drive License and a clear 39 month Arizona Motor Vehicle Report required.
4. Fingerprint Clearance Card.
