About Us
Gompers Distillery is a family, woman, and veteran-owned craft operation in Central Oregon. We make Pacific Northwest spirits with local botanicals, and our namesake Herman s philosophy: Don t be ordinary. We run a 1920s speakeasy in Redmond and we re definitely not the stuffy type.
The Role
We need an Assistant Distiller who can handle everything from running stills to boxing bottles. You ll work directly with our Head Distiller to keep production humming and quality high.
What You ll Do
Run distillery operations
Manage packaging, labeling, and shipping
Track inventory and maintain production records
Keep equipment maintained and the facility spotless
Jump into recipe testing and experimental batches
Be the kind of team player who sees what needs doing and does it
What We re Looking For
Genuine passion for craft spirits
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
Comfortable lifting 50 lbs and working around heat and machinery
Self-starter who stays organized in a fast-paced environment
Previous distillery, brewery, or production experience helpful but not required
Must be 21
