Gomez Insurance Group (GIG) is not a traditional agency; we are the protection and risk management arm of the C.O.R.E. Ecosystem, a corporate firm with the mission of structuring businesses and building generational wealth for 100 families.
Operating from our corporate hub in Meriden, CT, and backed by an A rating from the Better Business Bureau, we are currently in an aggressive scaling phase. We are integrating advanced automation technology and multiple business verticals (B2B, consulting, development). Our vision is to dominate the market by combining the solidity of insurance with high-level corporate structuring.
The Role: P&C Director
To continue our expansion, we need a "Heavy Hitter". We are looking for a Senior P&C Director / Producer to take absolute control of our daily production office. We are not looking for someone to train from scratch; we are looking for an industry veteran who knows exactly how to manage, process, and scale personal and commercial lines volume.
Profile Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- Language Requirement: Fluent English (Spoken and Written) is strictly required to handle daily operations and carrier relations. (Being Bilingual English/Spanish is a massive plus).
- Heavy Operational Experience: Total mastery of the Property & Casualty sector (Auto, Home, Commercial). You know how to handle volume, quote quickly, retain accounts, and structure policies efficiently.
- Insurance License: You can apply WITH or WITHOUT an active license. We care about your technical knowledge and your ability to run the back-end of an insurance office. If you have the operational mastery, we provide the legal structure.
- Execution DNA: You are an independent leader. You do not need micro-management. You are able to sit down, organize the workflow, and drive production.
