Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder& Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, repairing, and maintaining metal Precast forms, heavy equipment and work vehicles. Your expertise in welding techniques and vehicle mechanics, will be essential to ensure quality workmanship on various projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform welding using various methods including MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding).
- Operate power tools, plasma cutters, grinders, pipe threading tools, and other fabrication machinery safely and efficiently.
- Fabricate and repair sheet metal forms and create new tools to help increase efficiency of precast production.
- Repair and maintain Heavy equipment such as backhoes, forklifts, skidsteers, and mini excavators.
- Repair and Maintain vehicles such as pickup trucks, medium heavy trucks and large commercial trucks.
- Experience
- Experience with general mechanics involving a variety of different vehicles.
- Knowledge of gasoline and diesel motors.
- Skilled in welding techniques including MIG, TIG, FCAW, SMAW; familiarity with AWS standards is highly preferred.
- Experience operating fabrication machinery such as press brakes, plasma cutters, pipe threading machines, and power tools.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
