Role Description

Starting wage is $21/hour.

This is an entry-level ground-tech position with no helical pile experience required. The role includes loading and unloading material, assisting the operator, staging piles and extensions, basic jobsite cleanup, helping with layout, and learning our installation process.

Pay increases are not automatic and are based on reliability, work ethic, attendance, attitude, ability to follow direction, jobsite professionalism, and the value brought to the crew over time.

Once a strong attitude and work ethic have been proven, there may also be an opportunity to learn how to operate the heavy equipment as part of continued growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety procedures, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
• Physical capability to handle tasks such as lifting, digging, and outdoor manual labor in various weather conditions
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
